Refund policy

• Open Parcel: All parcels are allowed to be opened and checked upon delivery.
• 3-Day Return/Exchange: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, preferably with its original packaging.
• Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
• Used Products: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
